About the Role
You will maintain secure, reliable IT operations for office-based and remote employees. You will own endpoint and device management, coordinate the full IT asset lifecycle, and manage onboarding and offboarding device workflows. You will maintain office AV and conference-room technology, improve processes through automation, document runbooks and workflows, support compliance activities, and provide guidance to junior colleagues. You will also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours technical support.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT operations or workplace support.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Meraki Wireless Networks, and Okta.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM platforms such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows and Mac hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Experience managing AV and conference-room technology.
- Exposure to automation, scripting, infrastructure as code, GitHub, or Terraform.
- Ability to write clear runbooks, process guides, and handover notes.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain IT operations for office-based and remote teams.
- Own endpoint and device management across Intune, Jamf, MDM, and SSO platforms.
- Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement coordination, provisioning, tracking, audit support, and secure decommissioning.
- Own onboarding and offboarding device workflows with People Ops and Security.
- Manage office AV equipment and conference-room technology.
- Identify and implement process improvements and lightweight automation.
- Document IT processes, runbooks, and workflows.
- Support security-policy compliance, audits, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Workplace on IT initiatives and policy alignment.
- Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and hands-on support to junior colleagues.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours technical support.
