About the Role

You will provide hands-on Tier 1–3 support for end-user computing, hardware, software, access, collaboration tools, and meeting-room technology. You will manage tickets and device lifecycles, troubleshoot endpoints and connectivity, support secure-site workflows, maintain documentation, and improve support processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combined with IT certifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support, desktop support, service desk, systems administration, or field support experience
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and access, collaboration tools, printers, peripherals, and enterprise applications
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, endpoint security, device lifecycle, ticketing systems, and IT service management practices
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite support role while following IT, cybersecurity, and change-management standards
  • Customer service, documentation, troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills
  • U.S. Person status for ITAR and export-control eligibility

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1–3 IT support for hardware, software, operating systems, access, collaboration tools, peripherals, and meeting-room technology
  • Respond to incidents and requests through the service desk platform
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity access, VPN, printers, mobile devices, and connectivity
  • Escalate complex or enterprise-impacting issues
  • Support device provisioning, refreshes, repairs, decommissioning, and inventory
  • Execute onboarding, offboarding, access changes, device setup, and secure returns
  • Maintain local IT stock, asset records, labeling, and equipment readiness
  • Support identity and access management workflows
  • Support secure-site operations and local infrastructure touchpoints
  • Follow change-control, incident-response, export-control, CUI, and security procedures
  • Create and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
  • Coach users on support processes, secure collaboration, approved tools, and technology practices
