Bnk To The Future provides a Bitcoin-focused investment platform where clients can buy, sell, and custody BTC, ETH, USDT, public shares, ETFs, and mutual funds, and stake ETH. It also facilitates investments and secondary-market transactions in private Bitcoin companies, security tokens, and other security offerings for qualified high-net-worth investors. The platform serves individual Bitcoin investors and companies raising finance.

About the Role
You will develop and maintain the company's security architecture, create and maintain information security policies and procedures, and select and implement security technologies. You will design and secure network architectures, create security training programs and documentation, and serve as the highest-tier escalation for complex security issues. You will direct and oversee project engineering staff, work with business stakeholders to assess and manage security risks, and ensure timely completion of security-related project tasks. You must communicate clearly, plan and organize work effectively, and be able to work independently in a remote contractor role using your own secured equipment.
Requirements
- 5 or more years experience working in IT Security
- Degree in Information Security or equivalent (required); postgraduate degree preferred
- Experience as a hands-on system administrator, network administrator, or both (required)
- CISSP certification (desired)
- Experience with complex, large scale software development projects (desired)
- Experience using Agile concepts to manage the Software Development Lifecycle
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English (required)
- Motivated, self-driven, able to multi-task, flexible, and detail-oriented
- Understanding of Atlassian team management tools or similar
