About the Role
You will lead user support, manage Apple-device provisioning and MDM enrollment, administer Google Workspace access, support office networking, set up meeting rooms and shared equipment, document IT processes, and plan IT purchasing and capacity.
Requirements
- Have 4 or more years of IT support or operations experience
- Manage macOS and Apple devices with MDM tools
- Administer Google Workspace
- Understand office networking, including Wi-Fi, DHCP, VLANs, and vendor management
- Use professional English
Responsibilities
- Lead user support, onboarding, offboarding, account management, troubleshooting, and peripheral support
- Manage Apple-device provisioning, MDM enrollment, updates, lifecycle, and asset records
- Administer Google Workspace accounts, groups, and access
- Manage office networking and connectivity, including Wi-Fi, switches, and internet-provider escalations
- Set up meeting rooms, printers, and shared equipment
- Define and document IT processes, standards, and inventory
- Plan purchasing, capacity, and the support model for growth
