About the Role

Oversee core IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure reliable performance and visibility. Identify and implement process improvements, manage vendor relationships, respond to incidents and outages, provide staff and executive support, resolve tickets, manage SaaS renewals, plan IT projects, manage budgets and risks, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and prepare status reports.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT systems, networks, and applications
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage vendor relationships and service providers
  • Respond to IT incidents and outages and document issues
  • Establish compliance and security processes
  • Provide training and support to staff and end-users
  • Provide executive IT support and recommend improvements
  • Resolve internal IT tickets and provide hands-on support
  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks
  • Track project progress using Linear and Jira
  • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional IT project work
  • Manage IT budgets and SaaS renewal processes
  • Prepare project status reports and slide decks
