About the Role

You will oversee core IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure reliable performance and visibility. You will identify and implement process improvements, manage vendor relationships, and respond to incidents and outages with clear documentation. You will provide training and support to staff and executive-level users, handle hands-on ticket resolution, and manage SaaS renewals. You will plan and execute IT projects, manage budgets and risks, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track progress in Linear and Jira, and prepare regular status reports and slide decks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT systems networks and applications
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage vendor relationships and service providers
  • Respond to IT incidents and outages and document issues
  • Establish and maintain compliance and security processes
  • Provide training and support to staff and end-users
  • Provide executive IT support and recommend improvements
  • Resolve internal IT tickets and provide hands-on support
  • Develop and manage project plans including scope schedule and risks
  • Track and oversee project progress using Linear and Jira
  • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional IT project work
  • Manage IT budgets and SaaS renewal processes
  • Prepare project status reports and slide decks
