About the Role
bitFlyer Europe S.A. is seeking a part-time IT Administrator & ICT Outsourcing Officer for an on-site role in Luxembourg. The position combines hands-on IT administration with ICT outsourcing, third-party management, documentation, and operational resilience responsibilities in a regulated cryptocurrency exchange environment.
Requirements
- Solid experience in IT support or system administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows systems, and endpoint administration.
- Good knowledge of DORA and ICT governance requirements in a regulated environment.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Experience with ICT third-party risk, outsourcing, business continuity, disaster recovery, or audit and regulatory activities is advantageous.
- Fluent English, both oral and written.
- Applicants must possess the right to work in Luxembourg.
- Successful applicants must provide a criminal record certificate before hiring.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, network, access, and endpoint issues.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, user accounts, permissions, equipment preparation, and IT asset management.
- Assist with administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, VPN, VDI, and other internal systems.
- Monitor and support local infrastructure, backups, network services, and operational reliability.
- Coordinate with Group IT, Risk/Information Security, and external IT providers.
- Support ICT third-party governance, vendor due diligence, criticality and risk assessments, exit plans, DORA register data, and operational reporting.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery testing, penetration testing, remediation tracking, and vendor follow-up.
- Implement IT and ICT policies, procedures, operational documentation, and audit or regulatory evidence.
