About the Role
Monitor real-time dashboards across Keel sites covering power, cooling, compute, network, environmental, and fire-safety systems. Triage automated alerts, investigate incidents through resolution, coordinate escalations, document shift handovers, manage site access controls, and improve operational runbooks.
Requirements
- Experience with electrical infrastructure or a related field, including monitoring, troubleshooting, or field work.
- Experience reading dashboards and triaging alerts using Grafana, Zabbix, or an equivalent tool.
- Experience documenting and following tickets through closure using Jira, ServiceNow, or an equivalent system.
- Ability to write clear, structured communications under pressure, including shift notes and handover reports.
- Basic networking knowledge, including switching, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Travel between sites and facilities in Quebec is required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time dashboards for power, cooling, compute, network, environmental, and fire-safety systems.
- Respond to automated alerts within service-level agreement deadlines and triage them using runbooks.
- Analyze trends in Grafana, SCADA, BMS, and ION, and determine appropriate actions.
- Own incidents from detection through resolution, including root-cause analysis and severity classification.
- Coordinate with onsite teams and vendors, and maintain clear incident ownership and status.
- Write complete shift reports and handover notes.
- Manage site access and arm or disarm security systems according to established schedules.
- Report unauthorized or abnormal activity.
- Identify recurring trends and improve runbooks and operating procedures.
