About the Role
You will monitor dashboards across power, cooling, compute, network, environmental, and fire-safety systems. You will respond to alerts, triage issues using runbooks, analyze trends, and determine whether to intervene, escalate, or deploy onsite support. You will manage incidents from detection through resolution, coordinate with onsite teams and vendors, prepare shift reports, control site access, and help improve operational procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in electrical infrastructure or a related field, including monitoring, troubleshooting, or field work.
- Experience reading dashboards and triaging alerts using Grafana, Zabbix, or equivalent tools.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent.
- Ability to write clear, structured communications under pressure.
- Basic networking knowledge, including switching, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time dashboards across Keel sites, including power, cooling, environmental, network, and fire-safety systems.
- Respond to and process automated alerts within SLA timeframes.
- Triage alerts using runbooks and analyze trends in Grafana, SCADA, BMS, and ION.
- Manage incidents from detection through resolution, including root-cause analysis and severity classification.
- Coordinate with onsite teams and vendors and maintain clear incident ownership and status.
- Write complete shift reports covering ongoing incidents, pending escalations, and identified site risks.
- Control site access and manage security-system arming and disarming according to schedules.
- Report unauthorized or abnormal activity.
- Identify recurring trends and improve runbooks and operational procedures.
