This client-facing role engages high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors, delivering insights and tailored guidance on private markets investments and portfolio construction. The position owns meaningful client relationships, supports revenue generation and business growth, and uses Moonfare's digital platform to provide access to private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in investor relations, private markets, wealth management, or financial services.
• Professional written and spoken proficiency in German and English.
• Understanding of private markets and portfolio construction principles.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of contributing to revenue growth or client expansion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors while delivering a best-in-class client experience.
• Provide clients with insights, education, and guidance on private markets investments and portfolio construction.
• Support private equity fundraising initiatives, including investor outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
• Manage investor portfolios through reviews and identification of optimisation opportunities.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare investment memos, reports, portfolio updates, and presentations.
• Improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Management to enhance the investor experience.
