About the Role
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be deeply involved in all aspects of live transactions and business development efforts. You will build detailed financial models and valuations, conduct industry and company research, and prepare strategic analyses, recommendations, and presentations. You will support client engagements, due diligence, and execution while collaborating closely with senior bankers to manage deal processes. You will also mentor and train new analysts and interns. This role offers you unparalleled exposure to leading FinTech CEOs, venture capital and private equity investors, and innovative technology firms, as well as direct collaboration with highly experienced senior bankers.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of full-time investment banking experience, preferably in M&A or sell-side advisory
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship)
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment
