About the Role
You will work closely with a small team of seasoned technology entrepreneurs and crypto investors, and your research will influence decision making in both primary and secondary markets. Your work will be focused on fundamental analysis, including novel valuation models, token economics and project-specific due diligence. You will always be searching for overlooked trade and investment ideas, supporting the Fund's barbell strategy between early stage venture and liquid investing. You will support due diligence into early stage deals by analyzing competitive landscapes, deconstructing token models and diving into new technologies. You will also support secondary market opportunities by engaging developer ecosystems and tracking important catalysts. You will identify early narratives in DeFi, NFTs and Web 3.0 and regularly present your trade and investment ideas to the partners. Your role will be fast-moving, split between ongoing research projects and time-sensitive, on-demand analysis. You will work unconventional and often flexible hours across both Asian and US time zones.
