About the Role
You will contribute to real-world robotic systems across perception, navigation, and multimodal AI. You may work on camera systems, scene understanding, 3D perception, experiments, data quality, model prototyping, and integration with robotic platforms. You will complete a 12-week winter internship in the London Euston office.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field
- Strong foundations in machine learning or computer vision
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and training machine learning models
- Experience running experiments and interpreting results
- Interest in multimodal models, 3D vision, spatial reasoning, navigation, or embodied AI
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Develop perception systems for robot navigation and interaction in real-world environments
- Work on Vision-Language-Action or multimodal model components, datasets, and evaluation
- Run and analyse experiments using existing pipelines
- Improve data quality through curation and labeling
- Explore and apply scene understanding, 3D perception, or navigation methods
- Prototype ideas and iterate quickly
- Integrate models into robotic platforms
