About the Role
You will help build, scale, and deploy machine learning systems that improve robotic fleet health, reliability, and performance. You will develop deployment pipelines, edge infrastructure, data pipelines, diagnostics, monitoring, simulation capabilities, and software configurations for production machine learning workloads.
Requirements
- Pursuing a PhD or Master’s degree in a related field
- Coursework or project experience in computer science, software engineering, robotics engineering, machine learning, or a related technical discipline
- Proficiency in Python or C++
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with complex data systems, including storage, telemetry, camera, or sensor data
- Familiarity with ONNX, TensorRT, Docker, or edge computing platforms
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale software platforms for autonomous capabilities
- Collaborate with machine learning research and development teams on production deployment requirements
- Optimize robotic fleet deployment pipelines using ONNX, TensorRT, and custom hardware
- Maintain and improve edge computing infrastructure
- Build machine learning pipelines for dataset curation, labeling, training, validation, and evaluation
- Develop simulation, diagnostics, monitoring, and alerting capabilities
- Improve robotic software, compilation architectures, and Docker Compose configurations
