About the Role

Own US SOX compliance policies for PayPay and its group companies, monitor readiness, evaluate internal controls, propose risk mitigation, assess controls for new services and products, and negotiate SOX responses with external auditors.

Requirements

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in ITGC, ITAC, technology-related internal controls, system audits, SOX compliance, or internal controls support.
• Experience using generative AI such as ChatGPT for business purposes.
• Ability to identify issues independently and drive improvements collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate internal controls and advise PayPay group companies.
• Resolve control issues with related departments.
• Support first-line and second-line departments.
• Conduct internal control evaluations and deliver outputs on time.
• Assess risk mitigation designs for new services and products.
• Advise departments on internal control considerations.
• Negotiate US SOX policies with external auditors.
• Monitor group-wide US SOX compliance.
• Propose risk mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and group companies.
