About the Role
You will design and implement AML CFT controls and maintain the AML risk framework. You will keep the AML CFT risk mapping up to date, produce inputs for AMF ACPR and TRACFIN, and collaborate with operational teams to strengthen controls. You will help build a strong compliance culture by delivering training and onboarding new joiners, and ensuring remediation is completed.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in AML CFT compliance internal control or risk in a bank EMI crypto fintech or regulatory body
- Solid hands on knowledge of AML CFT framework risk mapping permanent controls and suspicious transaction reporting
- Familiarity with the French regulatory landscape AMF ACPR TRACFIN and MiCA is a strong plus
- Experience operating in a second line of defense role with LoD1 oversight
- You dont just flag problems you follow through until they're fixed
- Detail oriented without losing sight of the bigger risk picture
- Comfortable in a fast moving environment where processes are still being built
- Fluent in French and English
Responsibilities
- Design and implement permanent AML CFT controls to verify the framework works in practice
- Oversee how first line teams carry out their controls, document findings, identify gaps, and drive remediation to closure
- Maintain and update AML CFT risk mapping annually covering clients products distribution channels and geographies and map risks tied to key partners and vendors
- Produce solid well documented inputs for AMF ACPR and TRACFIN and contribute to internal risk committees and KPIs KRIs
- Collaborate with operational teams to strengthen controls at every level and act as a cross functional player
- Co develop AML CFT training modules run sessions for the company and onboard new joiners to the internal control framework
