About the Role
You will run Bitstack’s second-level AML/CFT control program, design and execute permanent controls, oversee first-line controls, document findings, identify gaps, and drive remediation to completion. You will maintain AML/CFT risk mapping, assess partner and vendor risks, prepare regulatory deliverables for AMF, ACPR, and TRACFIN, contribute to risk committees, prepare KPIs and KRIs, collaborate with operational teams, and develop and deliver AML/CFT training.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, internal control, or risk
- Experience in banking, electronic money institutions, crypto, fintech, or a regulatory body
- Hands-on knowledge of AML/CFT risk mapping, permanent controls, and suspicious transaction reporting
- Familiarity with the French regulatory landscape, including AMF, ACPR, and TRACFIN
- Knowledge of MiCA
- Experience in a second-line-of-defense role with first-line oversight
- Fluency in French and English
