About the Role
You will monitor premium agency facilities and activities, conduct cash audits and inventories, perform control-plan checks, identify security and operational risks, train cashiers, promote fraud awareness, investigate incidents, assess risks for new agencies and projects, and ensure compliance with conduct and management instructions.
Requirements
- Fluency in French
- Good command of English
- At least 2 years of university-level study in Finance or Accounting
- Experience handling high cash volumes
- Knowledge of Google Sheets
- Experience assessing service quality or conducting surveys or data collection
Responsibilities
- Travel to designated premium agencies
- Carry out cash audits and report shortcomings
- Perform all controls outlined in the control plan
- Update security and operational risk maps
- Train cashiers on activity procedures
- Increase fraud awareness among premium agency staff and cash officers
- Investigate operational incidents
- Conduct end-of-year cash inventories
- Participate in risk analyses for new agencies and projects
- Ensure premium agency staff comply with the code of conduct and management instructions
