About the Role

You will identify high-leverage bottlenecks with kernel, ASIC, hardware, and production teams and take them from an initial idea to tools engineers use daily. You will build and deploy LLM agents, create full-stack internal products, design evaluations, track adoption, and work directly with founders on critical projects.

Requirements

• Build and ship software end to end.
• Demonstrate strong full-stack development skills.
• Build LLM agents or AI tooling used by real users.
• Apply context engineering, tool integration, evaluation, and failure analysis.
• Use agentic coding tools and frontier models.
• Demonstrate product sense, design judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Embed with kernel, ASIC, hardware, and production teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver tools engineers rely on.
• Build and deploy LLM agents integrated into engineering workflows through tool calling and MCP.
• Ship full-stack internal products, including interfaces, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Design evaluations and track adoption to assess internal tools.
• Take on special projects with founders and address critical milestones.
