About the Role

Design and develop a web-based dashboard integrating IT and security data. Build ingestion pipelines and API integrations, create visualizations and executive reporting, ensure data quality and traceability, support cybersecurity initiatives, and document architectures and methodologies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with frontend development using React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
• Basic backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Understanding of APIs, data integration, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Interest in data visualization and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a scalable web-based dashboard integrating IT and security data.
• Define, standardize, and onboard KPIs and KRIs with tower leads.
• Build data ingestion pipelines and API integrations from monitoring, ITSM, security, IAM, and audit systems.
• Develop visualizations and reporting layers for reliability, incidents, changes, infrastructure health, and security posture.
• Implement an executive dashboard translating technical data into business insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability for audit and regulatory requirements.
• Align outputs with internal controls and reporting standards.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including tabletop exercises and post-exercise reporting.
• Document system architecture, data sources, and methodologies.
