About the Role

Build and enhance the risk management framework for a growing life insurance company, covering underwriting, ALM, liquidity, credit and operational risks, liability reserves, solvency regulations and economic-value-based requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in risk management, corporate management, actuarial work, product development, asset management, auditing or compliance in life insurance or related businesses
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination
  • Basic documentation and reporting skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and improvement leadership

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and operate the life insurance risk management framework
  • Monitor and analyze underwriting, ALM, liquidity, credit and operational risks
  • Review liability reserves, solvency regulations and economic-value-based requirements
  • Conduct ORSA, prepare reports, report to management and propose improvements
  • Assess risks with asset management, actuarial, product and accounting departments
  • Develop and operate risk policies, regulations, monitoring indicators and reporting materials
  • Coordinate with the parent company's risk management division and align with group policies
  • Prepare documentation and support regulatory authority responses
