About the Role
You will attend an in person trading floor event and explore how institutional trading works. You will take part in trading exercises, market simulations, fast decision making games, relationship challenges, negotiation activities, and competitive exercises. Strong performance may lead to a full time Institutional Trader offer.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of professional work experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative or technical field
- Currently situated in the Netherlands UK or Europe
- Visa or other travel authorization to attend the event in person
- English fluency
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Fast decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous trading experience is not required

Hiring Process
Online assessment and CV review, followed by a 10–15 minute motivation call and a short technical role play with an Institutional Trader. Selected candidates are then invited to The Trading Floor.
