About the Role
You will establish the insider-risk and counterintelligence program, including its operating model, roadmap, controls, and policies. You will coordinate technical controls across security and infrastructure, manage incidents with legal and HR, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Have built or rebuilt insider-risk programs in commercial environments more than once.
- Have intelligence-community or adjacent national-security experience and apply counterintelligence tradecraft in corporate practice.
- Deliver technical controls through detection, identity, IT, and physical-security teams.
- Write monitoring and investigations policies adopted by legal and HR.
- Work fluently with legal and HR on sensitive incidents.
Responsibilities
- Establish the insider-risk and counterintelligence program, operating model, roadmap, and controls.
- Design technical controls with detection engineering, IT, infrastructure, and physical security.
- Manage insider-risk incidents from initial signal through resolution with legal and HR.
- Write and obtain adoption for program policies.
- Align program processes with legal and HR and communicate the program to the workforce.
