About the Role
You will deliver data centre installations and upgrades, monitor power, cooling, and network systems, and respond to critical incidents. You will handle escalated customer issues, investigate root causes, build automation, support capacity planning, and improve infrastructure reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of data centre experience
- Server administration expertise
- Virtualization expertise
- Knowledge of networking protocols
- Experience with Ansible, PowerShell, or Python
- Hands-on server experience
- Advanced technical certifications
- Ability to work shifts and participate in on-call support
Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure installations and upgrades
- Support deployments at other data centres
- Monitor power, cooling, and network connectivity
- Maintain data centre infrastructure
- Respond to critical incidents and provide on-call coverage
- Handle escalated customer support issues
- Investigate major incidents and recommend long-term fixes
- Design and implement automation scripts and tools
