About the Role
You will support virtualisation, storage, and backup systems and act as an escalation point for critical incidents. You will maintain software versions, patch vulnerabilities, manage Nutanix HCI clusters, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, automate tasks, and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across virtualisation, backup, and storage
- Experience in mid- to large-enterprise environments
- Nutanix Hyperconverged Infrastructure knowledge
- Nutanix AOS, AHV, Prism Central, and Prism Element
- Networking knowledge
- PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or Ansible
- Technical documentation and SOP development
Responsibilities
- Maintain virtualisation, storage, and backup systems
- Update infrastructure software and firmware
- Monitor vulnerabilities and implement timely patching
- Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI clusters
- Perform upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot compute, storage, networking, and virtualisation issues
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or Ansible
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Act as an escalation point for critical production issues
