About the Role

Manage information security controls and corporate IT systems, including security policies, incident response, legal and regulatory matters, internal inquiries, security awareness, identity and access administration, MDM, SaaS licenses, procurement, IT asset management, network infrastructure, and internal IT support.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of corporate IT and information security operations experience
  • Experience operating Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Experience implementing and operating MDM, including Apple devices
  • Experience proposing and implementing improvements to IT and security issues
  • Experience handling internal security inquiries and incident response
  • Native-level Japanese
  • Experience with security policies, awareness, and training is preferred
  • Experience with NIST, ISMS, or IPA-based security programs is preferred
  • Experience with networks, Wi-Fi, antivirus, domains, SSL certificates, or IT documentation is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate information security controls in accordance with policies
  • Respond to information security incidents and legal or regulatory matters
  • Provide internal security consultation and handle inquiries
  • Plan and run security inspections, awareness, and training activities
  • Manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts and permissions
  • Administer SaaS license management and renewals
  • Deploy and operate MDM using Intune and Apple Business Manager
  • Handle PC and mobile device provisioning, returns, and kitting
  • Select, purchase, dispose of, and manage IT assets and inventory
  • Maintain internal network and Wi-Fi infrastructure
  • Support antivirus and security configuration operations
  • Manage domains, websites, and SSL certificates
  • Support the introduction and rollout of business tools
