About the Role
You will design warehouse pick, pack, receiving, and RMA workflows. You will conduct time and motion studies, model warehouse layouts and capacity, create standard work instructions, and partner with warehouse and inventory system teams to align software with physical operations.
Requirements
- Experience designing or redesigning warehouse layouts
- Experience conducting time and motion studies
- Experience modeling dock, rack, or staging capacity using operational data
- Experience partnering with systems teams on workflow-aligned software
- Lean Six Sigma
- Industrial engineering
- Data center, manufacturing, or high-throughput distribution experience
- Warehouse simulation or layout modeling tools
Responsibilities
- Design pick, pack, receiving, and RMA workflows
- Conduct time and motion studies and set standard work
- Model rack, dock-door, and staging layouts
- Create process documentation and work instructions
- Partner with WMS and IMS teams to align tooling with physical workflows
