About the Role
You will help global businesses design, build, and launch scalable payment integrations. You will translate merchant needs into reliable solutions, take responsibility for end-to-end integrations, guide customers through technical challenges, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to deliver strong outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with APIs, web technologies, or programming through work or hands-on projects
- Strong technical curiosity and a fast learning mindset
- Understanding of how systems work
- Ownership mindset
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Native Spanish and fluent English
Responsibilities
- Guide end-to-end implementation projects
- Design and help merchants build scalable API-based integration solutions from solution design through to go-live
- Act as a trusted technical partner during the integration journey
- Help merchants navigate technical and operational challenges
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering
- Share implementation insights and identify patterns across implementations
