About the Role

You will provide second line oversight of cyber and technology risk across operations and major initiatives. You will assess controls and technology arrangements, conduct risk assessments, monitor risk appetite and indicators, provide independent challenge, report findings, strengthen risk awareness, and support secure AI adoption.

Requirements

8 or more years of cyber technology or ICT risk experience
Strong understanding of second line oversight control effectiveness and independent challenge
Experience in a highly regulated environment
Understanding of ICT cyber and operational risks in cryptocurrency and digital asset businesses
Knowledge of DORA MiCA EU AI Act CSSF expectations and related European frameworks
Experience across technology risk control assurance incident response and internal controls
Technology audit experience is a plus
Experience in business continuity identity and access management and secure software development
CISSP CISA CISM or CRISC certification preferred
ISO 27001 or ISO 22301 certification is a plus
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

Implement and enhance the ICT risk management framework
Monitor technology and security initiatives and operations
Review controls identify issues and track risk metrics
Conduct risk assessments for products systems processes and technology arrangements
Collaborate with IT Security and CISO stakeholders
Enhance risk appetite frameworks and KRIs
Provide independent challenge to first line teams
Report findings risk themes and governance updates
Promote ICT risk awareness
Support secure AI use for automation and risk management
