About the Role
You will lead the implementation and configuration of a new HRIS, performing data migration, ETL, validation, and testing to ensure a seamless transition. You will configure workflows and automation, support system integrations and upgrades, and troubleshoot technical issues. You will manage HR data quality projects, build reporting and dashboards, and ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). You will train HR users, maintain system documentation, and act as the primary technical contact for HR systems. You will also be expected to travel for a one-week immersion trip to Africa annually and work remotely within UTC -1 to +3.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years administering HRIS platforms in an organization with 5000+ employees
- Experience managing HR systems across Talent Management HCM Compensation and L&D
- Experience with payroll benefits performance management talent operations acquisition and learning and development
- Experience with end-to-end HRIS implementations upgrades and integrations
- Proficiency in HRIS configuration workflows and reporting tools
- Advanced knowledge of data management analytics and reporting
- Experience with Business Intelligence systems such as PowerBI or Looker
- Understanding of system integrations using API middleware and experience collaborating with Integrations teams
- Effective written and verbal communication and ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Ability to speak French
Responsibilities
- Support HRIS migration including data extraction transformation loading and testing
- Configure and customize HRIS processes and workflows
- Implement and adapt HR systems and roll out internal service desk
- Analyze HR systems workflows and recommend automation improvements
- Support system integrations migrations upgrades patches and testing
- Train HR team members and end users on HRIS functionality
- Act as primary point of contact for troubleshooting system issues
- Manage HR data quality projects and conduct data audits
- Develop dashboards and reporting to support HR and business decisions
- Manage data privacy and regulatory compliance for HR systems
- Maintain documentation for system configurations processes and troubleshooting
