About the Role

You will lead day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, benefits, payroll coordination, immigration, and offboarding. You will maintain accurate HR records, partner with internal stakeholders and vendors, analyse operational metrics, resolve issues, and implement process and technology improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
• Experience in HR Operations in a fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational environment
• Understanding of the employee lifecycle, Singapore Employment Act, local statutory requirements, and HR operational best practices
• Critical thinking and sound judgement
• Process improvement and technology adoption skills
• Analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
• Oversee onboarding, first-day preparation, and orientation programmes
• Manage employee lifecycle changes, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, immigration, employment documentation, audits, and statutory submissions
• Maintain HR systems and employee data integrity
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors
• Improve processes and leverage technology or automation
• Analyse operational issues and implement practical solutions
• Prepare and analyse HR operational metrics and reports
• Lead or support HR projects and process-improvement initiatives
