About the Role
You'll support the HK office Leadership team with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements. You'll prepare basic documents, reports, and presentations, and assist with office operations, onboarding support, and expense coordination. You'll support meetings, events, and day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as HR work. You'll work closely with senior leadership in an open, international working environment with hands-on learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year experience in Admin
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Basic skills in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Applicants must have the right to work in Hong Kong
- No visa sponsorship will be provided
