About the Role
You will attend to our office facilities with integrity and attention to detail, creating a clean and orderly environment for our guests and employees. You'll handle high-volume setup and breakdown of office and conference room meetings, perform weekly deep cleaning, maintain equipment, keep pantries stocked, and respond quickly to housekeeping issues. You'll also create and implement cleaning protocols and manage inventory, with occasional overtime available to support office events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience providing high level customer service
- Proven ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels
- High school degree
- Ability to move and lift items up to 25 lbs
- Basic understanding and use of computer applications, including MS Outlook and Calendar
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of general offices, workspaces, conference rooms and kitchens
- Set up and break down office and conference room meetings at high volume
- Perform weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace supplies as needed
- Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
- Ensure all pantries are stocked
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items
- Create and implement detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
- Maintain inventory of food and supplies on a weekly basis
- Work occasional overtime in support of office events
