About the Role
You will monitor trading infrastructure, investigate and resolve real-time issues, and coordinate incident prioritisation. You will manage operational communication with exchanges and brokers, track API changes, support safe production deployments, and use AI tools to automate routine work and strengthen monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Monitor trading infrastructure and investigate real-time issues through resolution
- Triage incidents and coordinate issue prioritisation and resolution
- Manage operational communication with exchanges and brokers, including connectivity, latency, and order-rejection issues
- Track exchange API changes and upgrades and coordinate their adoption
- Support planning, testing, and safe deployment of production system changes
- Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency, automate routine tasks, and strengthen platform monitoring
