About the Role
You will take ownership of the structuring function, designing, launching and optimising tokenised funds and issuance structures. You will partner with asset managers and service providers, solve complex structuring problems, build global capabilities across jurisdictions, and support commercial teams with deep structuring expertise.
Requirements
- Deep experience in funds and SPV structuring across the UK and European markets
- Ambition to lead a business line
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for execution
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a desire to learn, develop, and elevate others
- Motivated by disruption and innovation in the funds and structuring landscape
- Proven track record of designing and delivering innovative financial or investment solutions
- Previous experience at a fintech or early stage business (nice to have)
- Experience in tokenisation and blockchain technology (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Partner with asset managers and service providers to design, structure, and launch tokenised funds from inception to market
- Architect innovative investment solutions using a range of fund and issuance structures enabled by tokenisation
- Build and evolve global structuring capabilities across multiple markets and regulatory jurisdictions
- Act as a trusted problem-solver for clients and internal teams, bridging traditional fund structures with modern financial technology
- Serve as the internal authority on fund structuring, shaping product direction and supporting commercial teams with expertise
