About the Role
You will own the global regulatory-change agenda and translate evolving requirements into business-ready actions and policy frameworks. You will oversee regulatory obligations mapping and horizon scanning, support regulatory engagement, build the function, lead its operating model, and coach team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years of regulatory change, regulatory affairs, or senior compliance or policy experience
- Experience building or significantly reshaping a regulatory-change function
- Knowledge of multiple crypto regulatory regimes
- Experience influencing senior Legal, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders
- Experience building and leading a team
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the regulatory change log and assess regulatory implications and business impact
- Partner with Change Management to translate regulatory change into business-ready action and policy frameworks
- Manage global regulatory obligations mapping and horizon scanning
- Support local compliance teams with regulator, policymaker, and industry engagement
- Build the Regulatory Change function
- Set the function's operating model, priorities, and quality standards
- Coach and develop team members
- Build working relationships with Legal, Risk, and local Compliance teams
