About the Role
You will manage and steer a team of project managers across multiple business implementations. You will lead strategically important implementations, prepare and navigate project plans, and coordinate the development team assigned to projects. You will manage relationships with customers and project partners (on-site if applicable), prepare development and upsell strategies, support business development activities, and scout, prepare, and submit proposals and tenders for funding opportunities.
Requirements
- At least three years of work experience in project management, preferably in international environments
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent verbal and written knowledge of the English language
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification (nice to have)
- High understanding of the SCRUM methodology (nice to have)
- High understanding of Decentralized Ledger Technologies (DLTs) (nice to have)
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field of study (nice to have)
