About the Role
You will clarify and formalize requirements for product and marketing-driven features, prepare and update functional and technical documentation, decompose tasks with the tech lead, define deadlines and monitor delivery, track development progress and report status, and communicate with developers, QA, designers, and product managers to keep tasks aligned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst System Analyst or Technical Project Manager
- Experience working with complex product logic in marketing fintech or crypto environments
- Strong skills in structuring requirements and writing clear documentation
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams
- English level B1+
Responsibilities
- Clarify and formalize requirements for product and marketing-driven features
- Prepare and update functional and technical documentation (specifications, flows, BRDs)
- Decompose tasks together with the tech lead
- Define deadlines and monitor delivery
- Track development progress and report on status
- Communicate with developers, QA, designers, and product managers to keep tasks aligned
