About the Role
You will lead the strategic vision, design, and execution of a fintech ecosystem focused on payments, remittances, and backend settlement infrastructure. You will own product roadmaps, functional specifications, compliance-by-design, operational systems, stakeholder alignment, and product management processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product planning, service development, and management
- Experience building and scaling fintech systems in payment and remittance domains
- Understanding of AML, KYC, and regional payment licensing requirements
- Experience with Bank of Thailand regulations
- Familiarity with AMLO requirements
- Understanding of PDPA guidelines
- Experience designing and managing backend operations, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation systems
- Experience writing PRDs and planning large-scale architectures
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Native-level fluency in English
- Risk management and fraud detection experience is preferred
- Agile or Scrum leadership experience is preferred
- Experience in cross-border financial services is preferred
- Professional proficiency in Thai is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term product vision for payment and cross-border remittance services
- Integrate AML, KYC, and data protection requirements into product development
- Lead the creation of service concepts and functional specifications
- Oversee backend settlement, reconciliation, and automated reporting systems
- Liaise between business, engineering, and Compliance or Legal teams
- Establish and refine product management processes
