About the Role
Lead Adyen’s developer platform strategy and end-to-end developer experience, overseeing product execution across APIs, SDKs, tooling, documentation, sandbox environments, and identity and access management.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology.
- At least 8 years in a product leadership role.
- Experience leading product for a large-scale developer platform, API, or SDK product.
- Experience leading AI-powered product initiatives.
- Experience with AI agents, copilots, or similar technologies.
- Strong technical background and familiarity with system architecture and API design.
- Experience in fintech or payments is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the developer platform vision and strategy.
- Own the end-to-end developer experience, including API and webhook design, SDKs, documentation, sandbox environments, and identity and access management.
- Drive cross-functional product execution with Engineering, Design, Developer Relations, and Marketing.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of product managers.
- Engage customers and the developer community to translate needs into impactful products.
