About the Role
You will lead an analytics and insights function supporting a large operations organization. You will set its strategic direction, coach leaders, advise senior decision-makers, connect operational data to business outcomes, establish KPI frameworks, and improve operating models, reporting standards, and insight capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing analytics teams
- Experience in high-growth or transforming organizations
- Experience managing or scaling team leads is a strong plus
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex data into persuasive business narratives
- Strong commercial and operational judgment
- Fluency in SQL data modelling and modern BI tools
- Ability to challenge weak assumptions constructively
- Experience leading operating model changes and raising performance standards
Responsibilities
- Set the vision for analytics support of business performance and decision-making
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics function
- Advise senior operations leaders on performance risks opportunities and trade-offs
- Support business reviews with narratives root-cause analysis and recommendations
- Connect operational data to commercial and customer outcomes
- Define KPI frameworks and performance measures
- Improve operating models standards and ways of working
- Partner with data operations finance and product functions
- Use AI automation and conversation analytics to accelerate reporting
