About the Role
You will own and execute the investor relations program, shape shareholder and communication strategies, and build investor materials. You will manage investor, analyst, and financial-media relationships; oversee earnings releases and conference calls; monitor market sentiment; and communicate blockchain initiatives and crisis responses.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in public markets investing, sell-side equity research or ECM, or corporate investor relations
- Understanding of equity capital markets and investor evaluation of companies
- Financial modeling, analysis, reporting, and investor relations platform knowledge
- Familiarity with public-company disclosure requirements and Regulation FD
- Ability to partner with executive leadership and drive cross-functional solutions
- Interest in institutional blockchain and real-world asset tokenization
- Written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to interpret complex financial data
- Relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media
- Adhere to company security policies and data handling procedures
- Complete mandatory security awareness training
- Report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investor relations strategy
- Improve shareholder outreach to attract high-quality investors
- Serve as the primary contact for investors, analysts, and financial media
- Manage equity research analyst relationships
- Oversee quarterly earnings releases, conference calls, investor presentations, and financial disclosures
- Monitor market trends, peer activity, and investor sentiment
- Communicate blockchain and real-world asset tokenization initiatives to the investment community
- Develop communication strategies for market volatility and crises
