About the Role
You will take full ownership of the global payments business, driving its strategy, growth, and day-to-day execution. You'll lead and manage cross-functional teams spanning Product, Operations, Data Analytics, and Technology, setting the direction for business priorities, product roadmap, and operating models. You will build and scale cross-border payment solutions, including collections, payouts, remittance, Fiat On/Off Ramp, and stablecoin payment products. Working closely with Sales, Compliance, Risk, and external partners, you'll support market expansion and customer growth while overseeing payment operations, settlement flows, and liquidity management. You'll also establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance management processes to keep the organization running smoothly.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, remittance, or digital asset industries
- Proven experience leading a business unit, product organization, or payments business with full ownership of business outcomes
- Strong understanding of payment products, cross-border payments, payment infrastructure, and operational processes
- Experience managing Product, Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market opportunities into scalable products and business growth
- Demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing teams
- Familiarity with AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, and global payment regulations
- Fluent English communication skills
