About the Role
The Head of Front Office (Global Treasury) will execute global treasury front-office strategies, oversee foreign-exchange risk management, liquidity and cash management, banking relationships, trade and project financing, Treasury Management System implementation, governance, reporting, and treasury advisory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Certified Treasury Professional or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of treasury experience in multinational corporations or financial institutions.
- Experience with FX hedging strategies.
- Experience leading or supporting Treasury Management System implementation and optimization.
- Experience managing strategic banking relationships.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and financial modelling capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience with global liquidity and cash management structures preferred.
- People management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide FX risk management strategies.
- Execute FX hedging programs and monitor hedge effectiveness.
- Manage FX exposures across business units.
- Develop global liquidity management structures and optimize cash positions.
- Manage global banking relationships and negotiate facilities, pricing, and service agreements.
- Lead trade finance and strategic project financing, including LC, SBLC, and bank guarantees.
- Implement and optimize the Treasury Management System and integrations with ERP, banks, and payment platforms.
- Maintain treasury procedures, risk dashboards, management reporting, policy compliance, and regulatory compliance.
