About the Role
You will own the exchange-layer vision and roadmap for matching, core infrastructure, custody, algorithmic trading, and APIs. You will lead product managers, consolidate matching engines, define performance metrics, sequence migrations with engineering, align risk and compliance stakeholders, and shape the platform strategy.

Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the exchange layer
- Lead and develop a team of product managers
- Lead the consolidation of multiple matching engines
- Build an interface-agnostic platform
- Define latency, throughput, uptime, and resiliency metrics
- Sequence migrations with engineering leaders without disrupting live markets
- Partner with Risk and Credit Infrastructure on unified accounts
- Anticipate industry shifts and shape the platform
- Align product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams around the exchange strategy
