About the Role

You will lead customer insight initiatives, customer advisory boards, executive engagement programs, and merchant research communities. You will create thought-leadership content, shape conference and event strategy, represent payment perspectives in industry forums, and integrate customer feedback into product and commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of payments, acquiring, or merchant fintech experience
  • Knowledge of European payment trends, card network rules, PSD3, open banking, and instant payments
  • Public speaking

Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish thought-leadership content
  • Lead executive conference speaking strategy
  • Partner with Marketing, PR, and Communications on media and industry channels
  • Drive European event strategy and prioritization
  • Present on payment trends, card network rules, and regulatory frameworks
  • Represent the organization in industry boards, forums, and working groups
  • Design and steward the Customer Advisory Board
  • Build merchant feedback communities and executive engagement programs
  • Integrate customer perspectives into product and commercial strategies
