About the Role
You will lead long-range annual and quarterly planning while building a high-performing Strategic Finance team. You will develop financial models establish forecasting and reporting processes analyze business metrics and support strategic decisions including M&A capital markets and investor relations.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in investment banking private equity consulting venture capital or strategic finance at a high-growth technology company
- At least 2+ years of leadership experience hiring managing and developing teams
- Expert financial modeling skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP financial statements
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and executive communication skills
- Experience influencing executives and investors with data-driven insights
- Degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration preferred
- MBA is a plus
- Startup experience is strongly preferred
