About the Role
You will establish repeatable quality processes, assess suppliers, analyze field returns, and lead corrective actions. You will define test parameters and strategy, own supply verticals, and ensure external partners meet compliance and certification requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quality, supplier quality, or supplier industrialization experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, hardware, or a related discipline
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or autonomous vehicles
- Supplier evaluation and management experience
- Statistical quality-control analysis experience
- Experience with 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone-diagram problem-solving tools
Responsibilities
- Build data-driven, repeatable quality processes
- Evaluate new and existing suppliers
- Analyze field returns to identify design improvements
- Drive root-cause analysis and own corrective actions
- Establish test parameters, pass/fail limits, and test strategy
- Own supply verticals by product type
- Ensure external partners meet compliance and certification requirements
