About the Role
You will lead and execute growth strategies for products. You will identify and prioritize opportunities using customer insights and data analysis, collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success stakeholders, test growth hypotheses, manage initiatives using agile methods, analyze performance metrics, use SQL, and deliver go-to-market plans for new products and features.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in product management or a growth hacking-related field
- Strong understanding of user experience
- Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis
- Proficiency in growth data and using data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results
- Campaign planning and crypto industry experience preferred

- Lead the development and execution of product growth strategies
