About the Role

You will translate CEO level growth priorities into ground level execution by designing experiments and implementing improvements. You will work across growth frontend engineering customer support and KYC to design run and measure initiatives that improve conversion and retention. You will own the synthesis of operational and growth data into executive level dashboards and weekly progress reports for the CEO. You will bring fresh growth tactics and data backed hypotheses to challenge the status quo.

Requirements

• High energy and proactive with a strong sense of urgency
• 3-5 years of high impact experience in investment banking management consulting venture backed tech startups or fast paced growth marketing
• Analytical and data driven with ability to map a user funnel navigate data tools such as SQL Mixpanel Amplitude or Excel and turn data into a clear story
• Technical intuition with ability to communicate with frontend engineers and product designers without requiring coding
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high stakes initiatives

Responsibilities

• Design launch and measure experiments targeting conversion rate optimization transaction velocity and user retention
• Deep dive into user behavior data to identify drop off points and implement engagement campaigns or product adjustments
• Audit and streamline core operational workflows to reduce turnaround times in KYC processes and improve customer support resolution speeds
• Break down silos between marketing operations and engineering to ensure faster decisions and blocker free execution
• Own the synthesis of operational and growth data into executive level dashboards and weekly progress reports for the CEO
• Bring fresh growth tactics and data backed hypotheses to challenge the status quo
