You will own growth for LATAM and Nomad communities by designing and executing campaigns to attract and engage users in LATAM and Nomad regions. You will optimize acquisition funnels, run experiments, analyze performance, and iterate quickly. You will collaborate with partners to drive adoption and craft valuable experiences for users.

Requirements

• Deep experience in consumer app marketing with a track record of growth
• Bonus: experience with p2p payments and remittance
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
• Strong understanding of funnels and growth strategy
• Experimentation mindset and hands on tinkering
• Proven ability to grow from 0 to 1k users
• Comfort with operations and hands on execution
• Obsessive about building useful products
